dark avatar download

i need to know approximately it took for those of you who downloaded the expansion pack becasue i have been trying to download my copy for about three hours it just seems to keep downloadin dark avatar.sdc over and over. is this normal?

Are you using any firewall software? I believe such apps have been found to cause this sort of problem in the past.

If temporarily disabling that or setting an exception (if you can) on SDC's location doesn't sort it then, I'd suggest contacting [email protected].

I ended up having to disable norton antivirus and norton internet security to get it to work seems so easy now. i think it would have been easier if stardock would have put it in a downloadable exe or self-unzipping file.
