GAL CIV AP: Purchased over stardock cant download. HELP

As the message says received my email of confirmation with serial niumber downloaded stardock 1.30 build??.

I need simple insctructions on now how to obtain AP, i take it a can get the beta donthave to wait till final version....

You use Star Dock Central. Enable "Preview"s, register your serial number for AP in the SDC, and you should then end up with the AP listed in the games for download.
