Preorders?

All right... so I bought the game last year, and preordered the expansion back before all the changes started. What I want to know is, what the heck happened to my preorder?

Is what I preordered still in existance? If not, am I getting my money back? If so, where is it?

I'm sorry if this has all been covered somewhere else, but it's been four months since I last checked these forums. I hope someone can clear this up for me, because at this point I'm rather irritated and have no intention of purchacing anything through Stardock again.

Did you preorder a disc in the mail, or only the download version?

Particularly if you used TGN tokens, you should simply have DA available in SDC as a component of GC2 like the video/multimedia/etc. If you ordered before the beta began then this should have been the case for months before now.

I preordered the download with the CD to be sent in the mail using my debt card. The card was charged for the purchase, but I have received nothing as of yet.

I do have DA showing as a component of GC2 in SDC, but the only action it offers is to purchase.

If I recall correctly, you should have been sent a serial number by e-mail. When you enter this into SDC (in the same way you registered GC II) the 'Purchase' button ought to change appropriately.

If you haven't received this e-mail you can from the same page as for registration, use the Lookup Serial Number button to have these details re-sent to your e-mail.
