how do i watch movies again

or get them to replay every time?
Specifically, I like the "conquering planet" movie. It doesn't seem right to spend 5 hours trying to capture another planet (assuming you did this one prior time and saw the movie then), and then finally do it, only to get no movie, because you saw it the first time. Heck, I remember in the Gal Civ I days, it was player input that convinced the powers that be to make a planet capturing movie b/c it was anti-climatic without it.
