What are they?

These are based on your postings to the metaverse. As you post games and accomplish various things you can pick up different medals. Here is a legend for things you can get tagged onto the bottom of your posts.

Also, there is an altmeta, which reads data from the metaverse.

How do i enable my own medals?

Go to the Metaverse homepage and select "Edit My Characters" under the "Account" menu. This brings up the "Manage Characters" screen. To the right of your character there are three buttons, Edit Player, Clear Scores and Default. Since you currently have no default character the "Default" button is grayed out and can sometimes be difficult to see. However, if you click on the "Default" button then that button will be highlighted in light blue and that characters medals will automatically be displayed under your posts and replies.
