Manual config file for display settings?

Hi,

I had to change out my monitor and went to a lower resolution 1280x1024 from 1600x1200. Galciv 2 was set for 1600x1200 and now I cant get it to run right. I just get a black screen and have to kill the app. Is there a way to manualy reset or change the display setting for the game?

The file you're looking for is prefs.ini in My Documents\My Games\GalCiv2 or My Documents\My Games\GC2DarkAvatar. Just open it up and set the DisplayHeight and DisplayWidth lines approrpiately and you should be set.
