Launching With Standard SKU

As promised 2k Games has allowed gamers to pick what they wanted in the BioShock Limited Edition. After the close of the polls 2k Games has announced that the special edition will include a Big Daddy figurine, a "Making Of" DVD, and a soundtrack CD. The packaging will also sport an embossed graphic designed by the winner of the Cover Art Contest which is ongoing at the official website, www.cultofrapture.com.

The BioShock Limited Edition will be sold exclusively at EBGames and Gamestop for $59.99 (PC) and $69.99 (Xbox360) and will launch on August 21st, the same day as the standard SKU.

With a $10 price difference, sometimes it's good to be a lowly PC gamer.

Yes the price difference has been making me choose a little more carefully. Wii games for $50 are also nice, but of course you don't get the 720p option...or internet play at the moment but there really haven't been many cross-platform titles that hit Wii that were worth it yet. So hasn't really come up...
