Metaverse Submission Issue

When there is a fix to the Metaverse submission problem, please post it here.

To sum up, some of us are having the game CTD when submitting to the metaverse, and the scores don't register.

When I hit submit it minimizes GalCiv and takes me to the Metaverse page, but it doesn't register my score.

I'm very sad.

Just a dumb question: what is the supposed behaviour when sumbitting? Should it just "do magic" for a while and then go on to the main menu? And what mail address am I supposed to enter, the one I use to login on galciv.com or the one I used to order the game? I submitted a game and my profile shows the player name I registered, but it's shown with 0 games and it's been over a day now.
