How can you tell which version you are running?

I installed StarDock, and updated GalCiv with it. I don't see a version number anywhere, and I would like to know if it was successful updating or not. Not sure if it put it in the correct path.

Same here, I installed the bonus pack and there is no sign. I would like to confirm this before starting a new game.

Go to options (ESC), latest version of Galciv shows the version at the top of the window
