Fourth 'EverQuest II' Expansion Revealed

Retail Purchasers Will Bag 'EQ2,' Three Previous Expans & In-game Pet

Sony Online Entertainment has announced an all new expansion to EverQuest II. EverQuest II: Rise of Kunark will be the fourth expansion for the popular MMORPG and will include a new playable race, the dragon-esque Sarnak. As with all other MMO expansions the title will also include new quests, weapons, armor and zones, zones which are to be based on the original EverQuest locations. Rise of Kunark will go live "on or around" November 13th and anyone purchasing the title at retail will receive the base install of EverQuest II, the three previous expansions, and an in-game pet as bonuses.
