Small diplomacy glitch and a couple of desired "features"

I notice that when speaking to an alien and checking out their current political situation that they are often defined as being allies with themselves (duh!)

And here are a few wish features off the top of my head:

I wish that there was some sort of notice as to the extermination of another galactic race - I am always a bit surprised to find another race suddenly vanished off the face of the galaxy without notice.

I'd like a quick available planet report for ease in selecting appropriate worlds for colonization.

Also, where can one go to find out the modifiers/benefits from wonders and trade goods AFTER they are created? It would be interesting to know where all my modifiers are coming from...

well, there may be more but those are a few that leap to mind but regardless, I still find the game to be a galactic hoot!
