give us a shot.
Good Morning,
We released Desktop Collage yesterday afternoon, however despite internal testing and everything working A-OK on all of our internal machines, some users who purchased the dream were unable to run it on their own systems. Since this was late in the evening when complaints started coming in, we pulled the dream off the website to prevent more unhappy customers from downloading and attempting to run it.
Currently we are trying to reproduce the issues users were having (not switching to the dream, a black screen only etec.) and get a fix in place for it before we repost it.
Like was said on the thread before the dream was removed, we had not seen the problem previously in our testing. I personally have been running the dream for over a week now, have switched back and forth between dreams (I test all the dreams that users submit to the site before posting them) and even went through the full activation process yesterday before posting the file to the site.
We are looking into what happened and are going to get a fixed version out as soon as we possibly can.
My apologies for the confusion and inconvenience,
-Mike

As I said on the other thread concerning this "Slight confusion my end as if you have been running this internally for over a week without any problems, how do you expect to be able to reproduce the problem that a lot of us are having now without knowing what is drastically different about our PC's setups to yours? To the best of my knowledge I have never uploaded any system information to Stardock and so cannot see how you hope to reproduce the problem I have. "
Now would be a good time
Could you please hold the Windows key, press R and type the following into the Run dialog:
dxdiag
Once everything loads, please click the "Save all information" button and attach the output file in an email to [email protected].
Knowing the kind of system you're running will assist in reproducing the issue on our end.
Thanks!
-Mike
[Stardock Support]
We found the problem with the dream we released yesterday. We are doing final testing on it right now and should have it reposted very shortly.
Thanks for your patience everyone.
And it's back up for everyone else to purchase now too.
