It's hard to put into words how happy I am with this game. MOO3 was such a disappointment, but GalCiv has pulled me out of my intergalactic funk and renewed my faith in the gaming industry.

I second that. MOO3 is pathetic, GalCiv is the way games are supposed to be.....Mmm...turn based...DOH!

I'm with you guys on this one. Wonderful game! I never really liked MOO's series, neither SE4. I played more SE4 than MOO though.

I just got this game yesterday. It's the most addictive and deep turn-based play that I played since Alpha Centauri. I ended up playing it until 2 A.M. Now if you'll excuse, I got a galaxy to rule!

P.S. Even though I do not meet the minimum requirements for the game, it still runs fine even on a large map (I won't even try huge or gigantic size).
