i am using the register version of windows blinds 5.0 but i can't apply the toolbar icons so help me to applying toolbat icons in windows blinds 5.0

What application?  IE7?  Those don't skin.

If its IE6 your talking about you can change your icons from large to small and then back to large again by going to your toolbar and doing a right click > Customize. This will apply the correct toolbar icons for the theme you are using. Also in WBconfig ( Toolbar settings ) make sure you dont have it set to use only the toolbar icons you specified.

Please open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and click on View my system information.  Copy/paste that info here.

This is unfortunately not associated with any version that Stardock has released. It looks like the version you're using has been modified.

I would suggest uninstalling this version, restarting your computer and navigating to http://windowblinds.net and purchasing the full version there.
