H2O planets

It says that water planets & barren planets & the like give 1/2 production. Is that only the factory output or does it affect research as well?

AFAIK they only give 1/2 production (of everything) until you reach Advanced Colonisation for that planet type.

Hi!

The last time I checked (DA 1.6 beta5) only the factory output was penalized. Research, taxes, morale, pop growth, food production were all normal.
