Weird lines on minimap bug

I need people who are getting the bug where weird lines show up on the minimap in the ownership circles to send in reports to [email protected] including:

1) a zipped save game (if you don't zip it, it could clog the mail server or get corrupted by the bug database)

2) a screenshot of the affected area saved as a compressed jpg

3) debug.err

I have not seen this bug here and so I don't know if this bug is due to a driver issue or if it's something that doesn't show up until certain conditions exist in the game, etc.  Someone sent me in a save game, but it wasn't zipped and the save game was corrupted so I couldn't load it.
