Bethesda Softworks has released a teaser trailer for their newly purchased title, Fallout 3, which announces to the world that the revered RPG series will return in Fall 2008. Just before the release date splashed across the screen came the raspy voice of Ron Perlman declaring that "War, War never changes." Perlman will almost certainly return to the franchise as a voice actor.
