Problems with SC

I think my SC account is messed up somehow,

-When I registered I didn't recieve a confirmation email, could it be because I used a bogus name when I originally registered for the forum?(I used my real name for purchasing)

-There's no option for me to download GalCiv or it's updates.

-I also recieved 2 separate serial numbers when I bought GalCiv!!?? (I only ordered one unit)

Utterly confused!

OK I figured out how to get GalCiv registered (For anyone else who can't figure it out you click in 'Registration Info' at the bottom right of the screen)
