Strawberries are in season

Stawberries are in season in Indiana - which means strawberry shortcake, one of my favorites. I was pretty good today otherwise, so I don't feel bad about it at all. Actually I very rarely feel bad about what I eat anyway. It's all about balance and choices, and guilt is useless anyway. Hmph.

Food
Breakfast - Organic fig breakfast bar
Lunch - 1/2 Turkey sandwich on wheat w/with cheese and may, apple
Snack - raw vegetables
Dinner - Baked fish, mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
Dessert - strawberry shortcake

Exercise
None - rested

A pretty good day. I gave my self a day off on exercise, because I was quite sore. I also have been not feeling great - stomachache.

my son loves strawberries sooooo much. They're expensive here though. Like $4 per kilo I think. or pound...likely kilo.
