Problem with Gal-Civ main menu

On my main menu, the sixth option from the top (the one above the EXIT option) is blank. Is something supposed to be there? I have downloaded the core game, multimedia, bonus pack, and manual.

i had a similar thing ahppen to me.

do you have a nvidia card? you may want to update the drivers for those. do you have an old version of quicktime? you can update that too...

you should also post the debug.err file(copy and paste)

I'm assuming it's either a slot for something stardock has planned or just the way they made it. it's not a bug tho
