PhotoshopCS3 and WindowsFX

Blending Options Window Problem

I have Vista HomePremium - and PhotoshopCS3.
I notice when i run windowsFX and am working with an image - when the Blending Options box opens - some of the content in the box is hidden untill you mouse over the area.
This is a real pain - and does not garantee that all options are viewable.
Can anyone help?
