Are you talking about the program StickyView? Or are you talking about the flyout folders in OD or the weather flyouts? Sorry but need more info to be able to help

You need to create a Tabbed Dock. Fly out do not work on zoomer docks.

Yes they do. R click on dock, add new custom flyout menu. Click on custom menu button and add shortcuts.
