Activation issues

I'm having trouble activating my beta 2 copy of sins of a solar empire, I registered the product in stardock central, and it downloaded fine, but when I went to run the software it said there was an an error activating and to check my serial key.

I tried reentering the serial key and the same thing happened again. So I requested the activation key through stardock central, and the email i recieved gave me a differet serial key. Which was... also rejected. So I requested my serial keys yet again, and it gave me another, different, serial key which was also rejected. I did this two or three times and then came here.

I preordered the game over a month ago and would appreciate any assistance in getting it running.

This should really go to [email protected], not sales. But yeah, they should be able to fix you up after the weekend.

Ah well, luckily I was able to fix the problem with my advanced trouble shooting skills...



That is, I waited a couple hours tried again, and it worked.

Yeah, seems the activation server was acting up this morning, sorry about that (didn't hear about it myself until after posting my reply here, or I'd have just said wait and try it later!).
