Liquid Dream/Desktop Ripples Dream Problem

I just purchased this dream and am having a strange problem. Immediately upon a reboot I can go to the 'Dynamic Wallpaper Settings' and change parameters, etc. However, once I have made any changes and exit, I can click on the 'Dynamic Wallpaper Settings' to my heart's content and the settings box will never come up. The performance settings window always comes up so no problems there. It is annoying to have to reboot just to change settings (pictures, etc).

I did download the dream to a temp directory and run it from there but that shouldn't affect anything should it?

Any ideas?

Thanks,

-Jeff

Thanks.

I've had the same thing happen to me. I'm using Vista Ultimate 64bit.

Here's what I've noticed:
* I have the problem with desktop ripples (LiquidDream), DesktopCollage, and Desktop Earth.
* I can't get to the Dynamic Wallpaper Settings for any of these dreams when the problem happens.
* I can switch to other dreams such as BlissfulDream, DryScape, ForeverFrost and the background changes. If I try to switch to LiquidDream, DesktopCollage, or Desktop Earth the currently running dream pauses on the desktop but the new dream doesn't load.
* I have to log out and back in to get it to work.
* I have been able to reproduce the problem by changing my wallpaper using Internet Explorer.
