SEGA and Petroglyph have combined forces to announce the first third party title to contain Windows LIVE support with their upcoming RTS Universe At War: Earth Assault. The anticipated title from what is basically a reformed Westwood Studios will also support cross platform play in the form of PC-Xbox360 interaction. The gameplay between the two platforms will "fully support fair and equal gameplay" according to SEGA.
Also of note is that SEGA may have slipped in a delay very quietly, stating that the game will be released in "holiday 2007" time frame for the PC and Q1 2008 for Xbox360. This differs, at least in language, from the stated "Fall 2007" that was announced along with the game back in February. Of course, this could just be semantics since Fall runs into the Holidays in some people's mind.
