Skinning problem

For some reason Windowblinds has stopped skinning the left hand panel of the task pane and has stopped showing the shellstyle pictures (I suppose that's what they're called) that are in the lower right hand corner of explorer.
The only change that has taken place with my computer before I noticed this was updating Windowblinds and updating my security program.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Windowblinds, but it didn't help. Everything else appears to be running normally.
WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 5 (5.51 (build 97 x86))
WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
