Diplomatic Response suggestion

In my current game the Yor are basically spreading like cancer. Every other major race has made contact about working together secretly against the Yor. Cool, but there is no options for 'doing something secretly together'. Clicking accept doesn't seem to initiate anything. It would be good if in this type of situation, exchanging tech and/or a non-agression pack, or something could be chosen.
