DesktopX 3.1 not working on vista

and i cant get updates from stardock

i bought desktopx 3.0 pro 2 months ago and i just recently got Windows Vista Ultimate and i updated it to 3.1 and it crashes still and now i cant get updates from Stardock it says in an email "if there are no serials in this email then stardock doesnt have products regitered for your email...and i used the same email all along and now i cant use desktop x does anyone know what i could do to get the latest update?

Once that's done we can try to help with the DX problem.

You should also try updating through Stardock Central as the latest DX Pro update is 3.2.

Well i finally got 3.2 and it runs on vista but..when i go to imprt a object or find an image for an object it crashes
