problems after upgrade in vista

after upgrade to 5.51 I can´t change colors in a skin which worked before. Custom color support is enabled, and all skins remain in the red area. That´s for shure because also a skin by myself is now shifted to red though designed different
Another problem is that WB shows up different depending from where I started it. Starting it from quick launch some mods of me don´t show up, starting it from stardock central they are shown whereas others vanished. I think it´s got something to do with security settings in vista, so I set them all to (german) ´Vollzugriff´ (english something like maximum or complete access) but that didn´t work.
Could someone experienced give a detailed protocol how to get WB also in Vista work propperly, please? Would appreciate that much!
