Survival Guide is missing from the Stardock Central install

The Survival Guild (gc_quickguide.html) is an html walk-through of GalCiv and it's concepts, a great resource. This file IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE STARTDOCK CENTRAL INSTALL. The file is in the CD install and the single-file download install. It it NOT posted in the Encyclopedia section of galciv.com.

If someone could post this file for those who did not receive it, that would be great.
