Governors

What are these governors, what exactly do they do, and how do I used them? I just started the game a messed around for a few minutes last night. Just thought I'd pop in and see if I could get a quick answer. Thanks! :D

Governors are essentially build queus for your planets. As you gain more social improvements, you can visit the Domestic-->Governor screen to add them, in you desired order, to the build queue. In the Planetary details screen, you can then select which governor, if any, you;d like each planet to use.

I think they should add the ability for any one governor to hold both military and social queues... or perhaps they could create "Generals" to guide the military production on each planet?

That it a good idea, and has been suggested, and I think is on their lists of near future "maybes"
