Why is there downloads on GalCiv.com and not on stardock central?

Hello
I was wondering.
I downloaded the events and anomalies file from GalCiv.com
I have not located them on Stardock Central.
Are they suppose to be here? I thought this site was suppose to have everything?
I could be blind and not seeing it at Stardock.
