Iron Lore Entertainment Gets New President/Designer

Jeff Goodsill Takes Over Day-to-day Job

Iron Lore Entertainment, the developer behind 2006's Titan Quest and the expansion Titan Quest: Immortal Throne, announced some internal changes at the studio yesterday. Jeff Goodsill will now be President of Iron Lore and in charge of running the day to day operations. Goodsill along with company founder Brian Sullivan has production experience from his work on the Age of Empires franchise.

Along with the newly appointed President comes the hiring of Steve Marvin as Design Director. Steve most recently worked with EA Mythic on Warhammer: Age of Reckoning with the title of Senior and Lead Designer. He has more than 10 years experience in the field.

"Jeff brings a wealth of game industry experience to his new role as president of Iron Lore," said Brian Sullivan, Creative Director and Co-Founder of Iron Lore Entertainment. "Not only has he been our General Manager for the last three years, he was previously the general manger of both Ensemble and Papyrus. I have full confidence that he will successfully lead us through our transition to multiplatform development and multiple teams."

"Jeff has done a superb job of managing us through our early start-up phase; from team building to organizational issues to ensuring timely quality titles," said Paul Chieffo, Technical Director and Co-Founder of Iron Lore Entertainment. "I really trust his judgment and am excited that he has accepted his new role."

Iron Lore Entertainment is currently working on an unannounced title while at the same time gearing up for additional work on consoles as well as the PC.
