Yep. Though note that unless you get a GC2 Gold box, you'll only have it in PDF from.

Is the PDF manual available online any way other than through Stardock? I would like to read it but cannot install software on the current PC I'm on.

I emailed the .pdf to the other computer. Would be nice if it was available online somewhere though.

Does the game actually directly give you information when a spy suceeds?
I've never seen that.
