Captured planets do not appear in the planet list.

A captured planet never appears in the planet list. After capturing a star if you colonize another
planet in that system the colonized planet appears in the list but even that does not trigger the
display of the captured planet.

I think I have that fixed now...I was only updating conquered planets in the list if the previous owner was human, so I added a check for if the conquerer was human.
