Unable to caputure planets anymore

I own about 70% of the planets when I tried to capture anymore, it now won't let me. I get the planets health or astroid to zero and then as soon as it shows zero health, it goes right back to full strength and the whole process starts over. It will no longer allow me to capture anything.

culture is too strong at the enemy planet, so when you colonize it , it goes back to the enemy, wipe them out or , increase your own culture.

Yeah just stack broadcast centers near the planets you are trying to take (ajacent asteroids and planets) and in a fwe minutes itll be okay.

How are they able to use culture to influence me if they have no broadcast towers? I can't end this game. There is nothing to destroy and I have fleets on every planet or astroid with a red indicator on it. I can't find any of their ships to take. I can't take any of their planets still because like you said they just turn it back into their favor. I thought once I killed thier Capital ships game was over? I still haven't wiped any of my enemy's out.

You can only win if you destroy their capitol ships if you put it in that mode. Start a new game with a bigger galaxy, you can't possibly be bored yet
