Game "manual" thread?

Are there any game threads that act as a manual? I've had questions about how things work, and keep having to open threads about them because they haven't been mentioned before. Bounty, trade ships, and soon to come even more...

I tried searching for "trade ships" and "trade ports" but I couldn't find the information I wanted on if having multiple trade ports per planet increases your overall income, or is just a waste. I thought they stacked... but I have a "trade-port" systems where the trade ships are just sitting there, doing nothing. Or is that because they are single-planet systems? I thought trade ships go inter-stellar, but nothing seems to be happening...

Or did I just run into a bug?
