Midway Delays 'BlackSite: Area 51'

Pushes Title Further Into Holiday Window

Midway has announced that its latest addition to the Area 51 series will be delayed, putting the title squarely into the holiday rush of the September-December quarter which includes the just delayed Crysis. BlackSite: Area 51 was originally set for September release but has been pushed back (conspiracy!?) for unknown reasons to November 5th in North America and October 26th in Europe. The move came as part of Midway's earnings call in which CEO David Zucker promised a "full demo in the next few months for Xbox Live, PS3 and PC."
