Grav wells?

Would it be possible to jump and fight outside of the grav wells? Is so, how?

Hmmm, during phase jump, if two forces meet while simultaneously jumping to a system, that both forces jump out of phase in the middle of space and battle it there.

If there's a battle going on in between reinforcements can only jump to the middle space instead to the other side of the system

its been talked about long ago, but its been said battles outside grav wells, is not gonna happen. I think it had something to do with balance or something like that
