Don't stop for nothin'

Wed's Freewrite

What nearly ended my life was the headlights of a lincoln navigator,
and it was I not the driver who would've been the perpetrator,
and my reality check bounced like a rubber ball,
maybe if I slowed down all in all,
wouldn't crumble to pieces in a rush on suburban streets,
with this stubborn mind commanding these feet,
to keep moving,
keep pushing,
and we don't stop for nothin',
until we nearly stopped completely,
my body would lay not so neatly,
in a nice little pile on woodland and stoneybrook,
and everyone that had for a decent guy mistook,
a victim of his own freespirit,
whatever song they choose for my funeral,
I hope that I'm alive to hear it.

Annebelle - don't worry it's going to keep me better aware of limits...now just stop whining when I hop curbs and medians.

Trin - I took yesterday off so today I'm back, but really it was difficult to stay away even though I had no time yesterday.

Mal - You're halfway right...I am a biotch.
