How do I turn off Auto Place?

Somehow I turned autoplace on and I want to know how to turn it off. It wasn't on at first and frankly the placement of auto place for the space turrets sucks.

there are two buttons one is the beep button the other turns off/on the auto place. bottom of screen next to the description
