Using Custom Ships From DL in DA?

I had some custom ship designs in Dread Lords that I'd like to use Dark Avatar. How can I do this? Thanks!

Alright, the custom ships are actually saved under "My Documents":
Custom ships from DL will be in:
My Documents/My Games/GalCiv2/ships
The *.xml file and associated *.shipcfg file should be moved to:
My Documents/My Games/GC2DarkAvatar/ships
But the "UTF-8" encoding tag needs to be changed to "ISO-8859-1" in the *.xml file.
