Laptop Problems

I don't know if anyone else if having this problem, but no matter how much I ajust the scrolling the speed in the game, it doesn't acctually change. as a matter of fact it seems to be on the slowest it can go because it scrolls really really slowly. I am playing of a laptop, so I don't know if that has something to do with it.

The scrolling speed when zoomed out is really slow even at the highest setting, but it doesn't scale with the map so if you zoom way in it is to fast when looking closely at ships. That's why the left-click grab the map method is the best to use. I find myself trying to use it in other games now   .

The good thing about laptops is that they are realy easy to throw a loooong way when you get fed up with it!

Scrolling with GalCiv2 is painfully slow no matter what kind of computer you're using. The best way to get around on your map is to grab it with left click and move.
