Paradox Interactive has announced plans to publish a single follow-up title to Penumbra: Overture cutting the former trilogy to just two installations. Developed by Frictional Games Penumbra: Black Plague is scheduled for release in Q1 2008 and will be the final chapter in the Penumbra franchise, which was originally designed as an episodic trilogy.
