Some Helpful Spanish Words, Terms, and Phrases...

So you can survive being stranded in Mexico, Spain, or Florida....

Well, I hope what I'm going to write is correct...if it's not, please someone tell me so I don't make a jackass out of my self....lol....ok, really, please tell me...

Sí=yes
No=no
¡Hola!=Hello
Adios=bye
bueno=good
gracias=thank you
Now since we've got the simple basics almost everyone knows let's move on to important things:
¿Donde esta el baño?=Where is the bathroom?
¿Donde esta un restaurante?=Where is a restaurant?
Yo tengo dinero=I have money.
Ayudame, por favor=Help me please.
Esta muerto=He/She is dead.
(To order food)Yo deseo....=I desire...
(Food items)
hamburgesa=hamburger
hamburgesa con queso=cheeseburger
papas fritas=french fries
papas=potatoes
limonada=limonade
te helado=iced tea
helado de chocolate=chocolate icecream
agua=water
jamon=ham
leche=milk
carne=meat(steak)
(and now more phrases)
¿Tienes un carro?=Do you have a car?
¿Por que, Dio?=Why, God?

Well, it's 1:00AM when I'm posting this...so I'll probably add more later...or you guys can in ye olde comments section(I know I keep saying ye olde and stuff, but I can't help it.....)

To order food you can also say " yo quiero..." for "I want..."

Lo Siento means Im Sorry. umm Frijoles are beans, Papitas are chips, Manzanas are apples, Naranjas are oranges, Vegetales are vegetables, Zaranjas (i think) are carrots.

Cuanto Cuesta? means "how much?" and "Muerdame" means bite me! lol (literally means Chew me... youwouldnt use it in like mexico... i always say bite me, so i say it at school .lol)

no me tiras con las ochas = never mind it doesnt translate into english (use only in guadalajara)

chupacabra = goatsucker (no not really an insult..a new age mythic monster thats been blamed for all kinda horrible stuff in mexico for the past 20 years)

cabron = mexican vulgarity that probably has once had something to do with cuckolding (literally means goat..goats have horns..so does the devil) but is used with the freqency of dammit

donde dreno = means nothing at all in spanish but if you sound it phonetically (en espanol por favor) it sums up where things are headed in general

le lemonace=limonade

le thé glacé=iced tea

la glacé de chocolat =chocolate icecream

l'eau=water - really le eau, but it's a contraction

le jambon=ham

le lait=milk

la viande =meat(steak) or bifteck (beef-steak?)

Avez vous une automobile?=Do you have a car?

Pour quoi, mon Dieu?=Why, God?
