Gotta admit that I'm still running Vista's Aero. Haven't really tired of it yet (especially considering that one can change the color of the glass). But I dress up my GUI with IconPackager and ObjectDock, and occasionally DesktopX.

I was going to put a link to the spiderman wb but it's not in the wb gallery so i don't know where it came from apart from the author,i like it coz its easy on the eye's & nice colouring
