WindowBlinds 6 on XP - system wide colors

I can't exclude

I'm trying WB6 shareware on WinXP-SP2 Pro.
I apply Diamond XP skin, but it alter my desktop background color from black to blue and resize all my icons in taskbar and menu too small.

If I go to Windows Screen Properties and set my background color to black and enlarge my taskbar icons sizes changing the Active Titlebar size all is PERFECT. Icon sizes in taskbar and menu are PERFECT.

But if I reboot Windows, desktop background color become blue again and all icons in taskbar and menu are small again!

How can I make WB6 DO NOT change my background color and active titlebar size? Thank you

Still, very annoying bugs with fonts and colors.

Fonts don't remain with sizes I set.
I spend time to fine set fonts sizes but every login/logout/reboot all come back weird with fonts too small or too large.

Same with colors, changing from cyan to grey or from black to blue.

Is there a way to FREEZE fonts and colors settings?
Thank you very much

Blisset: WB6 supports direct changing of the skin fonts and colours.  The trial will not let you do this to colours, but you can do fonts from the fonts page.  Click on the blue text on the bottom of the fonts page in wbconfig and you should see many options.

Click save when you change any font.

Changing settings via display properties will only work for settings that the skin does not override.

The active titlebar size is set by a skin and the only way to change this is to open the skin in SkinStudio and change the size manually.

Ok, let's say all my interest is enlarge icons in taskbar, as in the pictures above.
What's the best way to enlarge these icons in taskbar/quicklaunch/StartMenu (allprograms submenu), using WB6 and Vista-like skin?

Until now, I reached this result going into Windows screen properties (with or without WB6 loaded) and enlarging active title bar to 32 pixel. Note this enlarge icons in taskbar, quicklaunch and Startmenu Allprograms.

Thank you very much
