Finished first game....a few bugs

Hi,
finished my first game, (small galaxy, scored a 145, won by cultural victory)
Couple potential bugs I noticed.
When I built wonders, that are supposedly "only 1 per galaxy" other civs are also building them.
(example, multiple galactic stock exchanges)
Also in my game (all civs where default) that The Drengin,(whom where fighting the remaining 3 civs all allied against them) hung on way longer than they should have because when down to their last two planets there cash flow went from 80 BC to 5000 BC in a few turns. (After all their trade routes where shut donw)
(I had very high espionage rating, and knew everything they were doing)
This led them to be able to field another half dozen frigates they shouldnt have been able to field.
Not big deal, but I thought the AI didn't cheat?
