another mods question

Where should I put mods that i want to play in AP? In the AP tree or the GalCiv tree?

Expanding on from what my friend has said... The main reason to put your 'mods' into the galciv folder against the AP folder, is that if for any reason you could not play AP you would have all your mods available to play in the original version. As there have been a couple of times where, for various reasons, you could not submit AP victories due to programming glitches. During these times most people switched back to playig 1.20 instead.
