it's raining. it's raining a lot. but the biggest thing to grab my attention isnt the down poor. it's the extremely poor drainage. towns (especially where i am, downtown) are planned out and made according to the needs for the town. things like traffic, WEATHER, and a number of other things factor into how and where streets are built. and even with older roads they shouldve been revamped by now.
